Do You Charge For Shipping & Handling?

Yes we do! We have to charge you for Shipping & Handling because we are charge a packaging fee by UPS or USPS, depends on what you order.

 

What Are The Shipping & Handling Costs?

The shipping & handling costs varies depends on the weight, and what type of shipping you choose. We will ship all orders with USPS Priority Mail. If you desire other service please e-mail us through our customer feedback.  When paid by PayPal, shipping will be applied to all shopping cart purchases and Buy Now Buttons. Insurance is optional on all items. Ship "3 Day Select"- expect delivery in 3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Ship via "2 Day Select" - expect delivery in 2 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Ship "Next Day" - expect over night delivery excluding weekends and holidays. Once your order has been shipped to you we will send you an email with updated USPS tracking information. Some USPS delivery dates may not be guaranteed due to heavy holiday season. Please check with USPS for your tracking information at http://www.usps.com," if you have any questions about what they will and will not guarantee. For our catalog orders shipping and handling costs varies depends on the weight.   We only ship with UPS for our catalog merchandise orders which is listed in our Bridal section.

Do I Have To Pay For Shipping & Sales Tax?

  • Yes!  If you are a New York resident you are requested to pay sales tax of 8.375% which will be automatically added to your total check out.
  • Yes!  You have to pay for shipping & handling.

New York State residents are required to pay our local sales tax on orders shipped to New York State addresses.

What Is Your Exchange Policy?

We guarantee that your product will arrive in good condition. We do not give refunds for purchased merchandise. However, if the product is damaged, we will exchange it or give you store credit.  Shipping and Handling is Non Refundable.  (Custom design orders are not returnable.  We will try our best to make the item in the design you requested.  We will try to satisfy you with your custom design orders).


All returns must be accompanied by the packing slip within 10 business days of shipment date. Please indicate the reason for your return.  You may want to insure your return merchandise; we cannot be responsible for lost items.

Original shipping fees are not refundable. Customers are responsible for shipping charges. No Returns will be accepted without prior authorization and the angelawc.com Return merchandise Authorization-RMA number. We will give you store credit, if you are not happy with the merchandise.

Your packing slip will indicate where you need to send your return.

Back Orders

Some items maybe temporarily out of stock due to circumstances beyond our control, you will be notified via email if your order could not be completely filled.  We will not bill you until your item is actually shipped.
    
Most of the hand made items are one of a kind piece.   If you order is unavailable you will be notified via email asking if you still want that particular piece.  This may take a little more time, because it would be custom made especially for you once we have the material.  We will not bill you until your item is actually shipped.
