Yes we do! We have to charge you for Shipping & Handling because we are charge a packaging fee by USPS or UPS, depends on what you order.

The shipping & handling costs varies depends on the weight, and what type of shipping you choose. We will ship all orders with USPS Priority Mail Continental USA.  "Excluding Alaska, Hawaii and Purto Rico."  If you desire other service please e-mail us through our customer feedback.  When paid by PayPal, shipping will be applied to all shopping cart purchases and Buy Now Buttons. Insurance is optional on all items.  Delivery is 3-10 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.  Once your order has been shipped to you we will send you an email with updated USPS tracking information. Some USPS delivery dates may not be guaranteed due to heavy holiday season. Please check with USPS for your tracking information at http://www.usps.com," if you have any questions about what they will and will not guarantee. • Yes!  If you are a New York resident you are requested to pay sales tax of 8.875% which will be automatically added to your total check out.

New York State residents are required to pay our local sales tax on orders shipped to New York State addresses.

We guarantee that your product will arrive in good condition. We do not give refunds for purchased merchandise. However, if the product is damaged, we will exchange it or give you store credit.  Shipping and Handling is Non Refundable.  (Custom design orders are not returnable.  We will try our best to make the item in the design you requested.  We will try to satisfy you with your custom design orders).

All returns must be accompanied by the packing slip within 10 business days of shipment date. Please indicate the reason for your return.  You may want to insure your return merchandise; we cannot be responsible for lost items.

Original shipping fees are not refundable. Customers are responsible for shipping charges. No Returns will be accepted without prior authorization and the angelawc.com Return merchandise Authorization-RMA number. We will give you store credit, if you are not happy with the merchandise.

Your packing slip will indicate where you need to send your return.

Some items maybe temporarily out of stock due to circumstances beyond our control, you will be notified via email if your order could not be completely filled.  We will not bill you until your item is actually shipped.
    
Most of the hand made items are one of a kind pieces.   If your order is unavailable, you will be notified via email asking if you still want that particular piece.  This may take a little more time, because it would be custom made especially for you once we have the material.  We will notify you once the order is completed and e-mail you a PayPal payment authorization bill.  Once your payment is approved by PayPal we will ship your order.

• We ship International to Canada & Australia.

International Shipping & Customs
Important Information:

There may be fees and taxes imposed by Customs.  These fees are separate from the shipping charges, and they are not the responsibility of AngelaWC Designs.  The fees will vary, and we recommend that you contact your local Customs office if you have any questions about the fees.  All packages shipped from AngelaWC Designs will include a declaration indicating the contents as Wristbands, Jewelry or Accessories, with full value for the listed order.  If we receive a returned package due to your refusal of these charges it will result in AngelaWC Designs being charged for the return shipping and Customs fees.  Therefore we will not accept future orders until these fees are reimbursed.  We apologized for any inconvenience.
